Mission Bay Q1 2023 Snapshot

You may be tired of the stream of negative real estate headlines which can be overwhelming, and you might not be too keen on finding out the value of your home. But I’ve got some good news amidst the numbers in this neighborhood.

While the average price per square foot in Mission Bay has indeed decreased by about 15% from last year to $944, several buildings have outperformed the average so far in 2023:

The Arden: $1230 per square foot
The Radiance: $1075 per square foot (pending sale)
The Madrone: $1158 per square foot
One Mission Bay: $1123 per square foot

There are fewer condos available on the market this year vs last year at this time, meaning buyers have limited options. As with previous downturns, well-presented homes continue to sell successfully and some with multiple offers.
