Before real estate, I worked in advertising with The Washington Post and a television station, and spent time in business development in the technology industry. That experience taught me to understand an audience, recognize what will capture its attention, and build relationships through listening. I bring that perspective to helping San Francisco buyers and sellers make important decisions about their homes.
For sellers, I start by identifying what makes a property distinctive and who is most likely to appreciate it. I help clients decide which improvements are worth the investment and how to present their home so buyers understand its value.
For buyers, I look beyond the listing photographs. Alongside price and neighborhood fit, we examine disclosures, property condition, HOA finances where applicable, and the costs of ownership. I help clients weigh the tradeoffs, ask the questions that matter, and structure an offer that reflects both market conditions and their comfort level. Understanding how they want to live is just as important as understanding what they want to buy.
As a founding member of Christie’s International Real Estate in San Francisco and a Masters Circle agent, I combine local experience with the marketing resources and referral relationships of an international network. Supported by a transaction coordinator and administrative staff, I remain closely involved throughout each purchase or sale. Clients can expect candid advice, clear communication, and careful follow-through.
My connection to San Francisco began partly with running. I moved here from Washington, DC, drawn by the opportunity to train year round. Since then, I’ve completed a couple dozen marathons, triathlons, and an Ironman, exploring the city’s neighborhoods along the way. Today, I also row with the Marin Masters Rowing Team and support local organizations, including Freedom Forward.
