While the average price per square foot in Mission Bay has indeed decreased by about 15% from last year to $944, several buildings have outperformed the average so far in 2023:

There are fewer condos available on the market this year vs last year at this time, meaning buyers have limited options. As with previous downturns, well-presented homes continue to sell successfully and some with multiple offers.
