Here’s the intriguing part: the same condo would have been priced $100,000 more just a year ago! So, we sat down, heart-to-heart, and evaluated their needs, desires, and circumstances. Suddenly, a condo that was once slightly out of reach seemed like a real possibility due to its reduced price. They could negotiate terms, add contingencies to their offer – options they may not have had in the previous year’s market. After considering all this, plus the current higher interest rates, they decided to go ahead and make the offer.
